We specialise in selling a range of wines and related products. While we strive to ensure accurate product descriptions, minor variations may occur. All products listed are subject to availability.

3. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Payments are processed at the time of order placement via our secure payment system. All prices include VAT and may incur additional delivery charges, which are calculated at checkout. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK. If you are buying alcohol for someone else the recipient also has to be 18 or older.

4. Delivery

We offer delivery within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Please ensure accurate delivery details to avoid delays. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if applicable. Deliveries must be accepted by a person aged 18 or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of proof of age. In the event that the person cannot provide proof of age we will be unable to leave the goods and reserve the right to cancel the delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our standard return policy allows you to cancel and return unopened items within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at info@montyswineshop.co.uk to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned items in original condition.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting our customer service team at 01224351417 or via email. If the order has already been dispatched, our standard return policy applies.
