Somewhere between medium and full bodied, its buoyancy is maintained by a really fresh core of acidity and just a hint of fashionable reduction, leaving the palate clean and enlivened – a joyful glass of sunshine and fruits. Raised in a combination of stainless steel and large casks on the lees.
