Peachy with a cool undercurrent of blackberries and wild flowers, the Sylvaner exhibits a salty, fresh and cleansing citrus line delivered in a soft accessible style. Produced from vineyards from 620-700m in elevation, raised on the lees in a combination of stainless steel and large barrels for six months.
