This limited-release Highland single malt showcases Aberfeldy’s honeyed signature, enriched through a finish in first-fill Sangiovese red wine casks from Tuscany’s Valdarno di Sopra region.
Nose: Juicy red berries, baked apple, and heather honey, with hints of sandalwood, nutmeg, and dark cherry.
Palate: Red fruit compote and rich malt, followed by layers of dark chocolate, clove, and roasted hazelnut.
Finish: Soft spice, and a final flourish of oak and cherry liqueur.
