On the nose, green and grassy, nutty, gloopy almond butter and a touch of lemongrass. On the palate, cloves and allspice, rich tea biscuits, dried red berries, wafts of vegetal grass, and pepper. Finishing with more spice, hints of anise, and a rich tangy, almost nutty oak.
