On the nose, teacakes, candied peels, a few whiffs of well-roasted coffee and flaky pastry. A fresh orchard fruit palate arriving first, with a soft malt, suagry coffee and subtle spicy flashes of caraway with a honey on brioche and cut grass finsih.
