Medium straw yellow in colour, the 2021 carries aromas of ripe stone fruit, including white peach and nectarine, mingled with lifted notes of sweet cashew nut. The palate is fruit-forward and intense, with subtle oak flavours providing a nice textural component to the natural cool climate acid backbone. Minimal malolactic fermentation ensures the wine retains a taughtness and freshness throughout.
