This passito wine is produced from a small, southern-facing Merlot plot. A project born by chance, thanks to increasingly warm harvests with perfectly overripe grapes on the vine, creating this sweet red dessert wine. The name says it all (“Non ce n’è” means “There is none”): this passito is produced in limited quantities and only in certain, special years.
