Medium-bodied with ripe blueberry and mulberry, a touch of milk chocolate and toasty wood flavours, with berry fruit lingering on the palate.

The grapes for this wine were harvested primarily from Knollerfontain farm in Voor Perdeberg and supplemented with Swartland.grapes

Most of the grapes were destalked and fermented in tanks with French and American oak staves. Malolactic and maturation was completed on staves.
