Product Description
A classic expression of the Goumenissa terroir, this P.D.O. red, blends Xinomavro with Negoska from organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards in Filyria. After cold maceration and extended fermentation, it matures for 12 months in French oak and another 6 in the bottle. Deep garnet in color, it unveils a layered bouquet of raspberry, blackberry, cherry, and savory notes of olive, sun-dried tomato, and vanilla. Full-bodied and rich in tannins, it delivers a bold, lingering finish.
