Domaine Chatzivariti – Mosaic, Organic White Wine, Greece

A harmonious blend of three varietals—Xinomavro blanc de noir, Roditis, and Assyrtiko—organically and biodynamically grown on the diverse soils of Bidabla and Fyliria in Goumenissa. Each variety is vinified separately at low temperatures to preserve its character, then carefully blended and aged on the lees for three months. The result is a bright, golden-hued wine with green reflections, offering a layered bouquet of citrus and fresh fruit. Light-bodied and refreshing, with a soft, fruity finish—best enjoyed well-chilled.
