This is the latest release of his Cabalié Rosé and it’s likely to be as enthusiastically received as its sibling red. Hervé selected old-vine Grenache and Syrah to ensure lovely depth of spicy berry fruit, then harvested early to gain zippy freshness. It’s an aromatic pink with crisp, elegant fruit and a tasty bite of lemony freshness.
